What type of dispensaries do you have?

We are proud to offer medical cannabis products to certified New York patients and their caregivers in Carle Place, Long Island; Queens, New York; Hudson Valley in the Town of Newburgh; and Plattsburgh.

Who can visit the dispensary?

Curaleaf New York dispensaries are open to all! We invite you to visit for an informational tour or free personalized health consultation. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Walk-ins are welcome; appointments are available for your convenience by calling us at 1-833-470-5323.

What should I expect at the dispensary?

Our mission is to always provide compassionate, informative, and professional care in a secure and respectful environment. Every dispensary is led by a state licensed pharmacist. We’re open seven days a week and invite you to visit as a walk-in or schedule an appointment for a personalized health consultation with your Curaleaf pharmacist or dedicated dispensary associates by calling us at 1-833-470-5323.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Can I bring my child into the dispensary with me?

Yes! Children are welcome in the dispensary if they are patients and/or accompanying patients. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What are your hours?

Curaleaf New York dispensaries are open seven days a week. All dispensaries are open from 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Sunday and 9:00 AM-7:00 PM Monday-Thursday and Saturday. Curaleaf Carle Place, Curaleaf Hudson Valley, and Curaleaf Queens are open from 10:00 AM-8:00 PM on Friday; Curaleaf Plattsburgh is open 9:00 AM-7:00 PM Friday.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and debit transactions via CanPay. ATMs are available on-site for your convenience. If you are interested in paying through CanPay, we will be happy to help you get set up on the app.

What’s your return policy?

Medical cannabis products are non-returnable. All products are final sale.

If your product is defective, you must bring it back within seven days of purchase for exchange or in-store credit only. The purchase receipt must be presented at the time of return. The item must be in its original packaging with the original label adhered.

How do I become a patient?

A patient may be eligible for medical cannabis products in New York state if they are living with one of the following: cancer, chronic pain, PTSD, ALS, epilepsy, HIV/AIDS, Huntington’s disease, inflammatory bowel disease, multiple sclerosis, neuropathy, opioid prescription, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injury with spasticity. The severe debilitating or life-threatening condition must also be accompanied by one or more of the following associated or complicating conditions: cachexia or wasting syndrome, severe or chronic pain, severe nausea, seizures, or severe or persistent muscle spasms, PTSD or opioid use disorder.  Additional qualifying conditions are being considered and added to the New York Medical Marijuana Program on an ongoing basis; a full list of qualifying conditions for the New York Program is available here

The first step to being certified is to consult with a registered practitioner; the New York Department of Health lists registered practitioners in the state here. Once certified, patients must complete their registration with the New York Department of Health. We invite you to your local Curaleaf every Friday for a helping hand to complete your patient registration during New Patient Registration Day. How do I find a certified practitioner?

The New York Department of Health lists registered practitioners in the state here. You are also welcome to visit a Curaleaf dispensary for more information about local practitioners or call us at 1-833-470-5323.

What information do I need to bring for my visit?

You must bring your New York State ID, Medical Marijuana Card, and Medical Marijuana certification from your practitioner.

How much does your medicine cost?

We are committed to providing the most high-quality and affordable option in the state of New York. Curaleaf medicine ranges from $25 for the Curaleaf Slim Vape Pen to $65 for Curaleaf Premium Vape Cartridges. We offer New Patient Discounts and a Loyalty Reward Program, along with monthly sales. How much medicine can I buy at one time?

Certified patients may have up to a thirty-day supply of medical cannabis products at one time. We invite you to visit the dispensary or schedule an appointment with a Curaleaf pharmacist or dedicated dispensary associate by calling 1-833-470-5323 to discuss the forms of administration available to you.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer home delivery to certified New York patients and their caregivers in the following counties: Sullivan, Ulster, Dutchess, Putnam, Rockland, Albany, Rensselaer, Westchester, Clinton, Franklin, Essex, Warren, St. Lawrence, Saratoga, Queens, Kings, New York, Nassau, and Suffolk. How can I become a registered caregiver?

New York Medical Marijuana Program patients are invited to register up to two caregivers through the New York Department of Health website. If you would like a helping hand to complete your caregiver registration, we are here for you every Friday at New Patient Registration Day to help caregivers complete your registrations. Walk-ins are welcome, or appointments are available by calling us at 1-833-470-5323

Can my friend/partner pick up my medication for me?

Yes! Every patient in the New York Medical Marijuana Program is invited to register up to two caregivers on their account who will then be able to purchase medication or receive deliveries on their behalf. A caregiver can be anyone who you designate to act on your behalf (a neighbor, friend, spouse, family member, etc.), they do not need to be a medical professional.

Do you sell accessories?

Yes! Vape battery pens are available to purchase. Table top vaporizers for Curaleaf Ground Flower Pods are coming soon. Curaleaf branded apparel and lifestyle accessories, including water bottles and mugs, are also for sale at all New York dispensaries. 

Can I travel with my medicine?

Certified New York patients and their caregivers may travel with their medicine within the state of New York. When traveling within the state, you must carry your Medical Marijuana Card with you. If you are traveling out of the state or country, you must leave your medicine at home, as there are currently no laws that will allow you to take your medicine out of state legally. However, some states do allow you to purchase medical cannabis products with an out of state medical card. Please call a dispensary in the state you are traveling to and inquire if you may purchase products once you are there.

Can I use my medical card in other states?

Some states do allow you to purchase medical cannabis products with an out of state medical card. Currently, New York dispensaries do not honor out of state medical marijuana cards.
